Cash Donation Boxes

These donation boxes are located throughout our local area, from The Sea Ranch to Point Arena. They are an easy way to donate spare change when your are out shopping and dining. Look for our donation boxes at the following shops in the local area: The Sea Ranch Equestrian Center, Sea Ranch Building Supply, The Loft, Four-Eyed Frog Books, Rumors Salon, The Sea Trader, Gualala Veterinary Clinic, Gualala Nursery, Accents by the Sea, Gualala Supermarket, Saint Orres, Anchor Bay Store, Main Street Salon, and Anchor Bay Thai Restaurant. 

Volunteer

There are many ways to volunteer, ranging from dog fostering to writing articles for the newsletter. You can choose to work from one hour a year to 100 hours a year. The choice is yours.

 

Foster

Redwood Coast Humane Society provides foster care for homeless and surrendered cats and dogs. Foster care includes attending to physical and emotional well-being of the animal. Under the guidance of the dog or cat coordinator, foster parents are asked to seek veterinary care, keep records regarding the animal in their care, and interview prospective owners. A volunteer will assist each new fosterer until he or she is comfortable as a foster parent or family.
